For Carriers
No App. No Disruption. Invisible to Drivers.
When a shipper asks for a custody record, you should not need a new app or new hardware. The handoff pack costs carriers nothing. The booking check is a paid product, bought on its own.
Three answers only: agree, disagree, or unknown. Deterministic rules. Same inputs, same answer.
What It Costs
The Pack Is Free. The Booking Check Is Paid.
Custody puts two different things in front of a carrier. One a shipper has already paid for. One you buy, or do not.
Free to Carriers
The Handoff Pack.
The custody record on a shipper's load. You approve access, your systems send what they already send, and the shipper pays for the pack built from them. No fee to take part, no setup charge, and nothing to buy later to keep taking part. Custody Premier comes with it and is free as well.
A Paid Product
The Booking Check.
Before you take a load, Custody reads what that load requires, the insurance on file, the equipment, the driver endorsements, and the steps in the broker SOP, and answers agree, disagree, or needs review at the desk that booked it. Never to a driver. That one is a paid product, bought on its own, and nothing about sharing handoff records turns it on.
This site publishes no price for either product. A carrier sharing handoff records is never invoiced for them, and the booking check is quoted when you ask us about it.

What Custody Never Does.
Never Contacts Your Drivers.
No texts, no calls, no app.
Never Sees Your Rates.
No rates, pricing, or discounts. Ever.
Never Maps Your Fleet.
Shippers get custody events on their own loads. They do not get a live map of your trucks.
Never Bills You for the Pack.
The shipper pays for the record on their loads. The booking check is paid, and only if you buy one.
Custody Premier
A Mark You Cannot Buy.
Carriers with live, connected custody records hold Custody Premier status. It is granted by invitation, it costs nothing, and it cannot be purchased. Put it in front of every shipper and broker you bid with.
Live, Not Printed.
The seal is served by Custody and links to your public status page. Any shipper can check it in one click. If your records go quiet, so does the seal.
By Invitation.
Status begins when a Custody shipper brings you in and your systems are connected. There is no application fee and no paid tier in Premier.
Yours to Show.
Display the Premier seal on your website and in every bid, with a link that shows it is current.
Charter Members.
The first 50 carriers carry Charter Member on their seal permanently. When the 50th carrier is connected, Charter closes for good.
Illustration only. The live seal shows the carrier's name and links to its status page.
Custody Premier reflects connected, current custody records. It is not a rating or endorsement of any carrier.
The Record Protects the Carrier Too.
When freight goes missing, the carrier is the first party blamed. An Evidence Pack shows what happened on your watch and what did not. Same record, same facts, for everyone.
Your Answer to a Rejected Load.
When a reefer load is turned away, the pack already holds what each side said the temperature should be, and what your unit reported along the way, with sources and times. If the shipper tender and your TMS disagreed on the setpoint at tender, that is on the record from the day the load was tendered, not reconstructed after the rejection.
Same Record, Both Directions.
The shipper sees the same rows you do. A pack that shows your side recorded and theirs silent says exactly that, and says unknown where nobody sent anything.
