Temperature-Sensitive Freight
When a Reefer Load Is Rejected.
The receiver turns the load away and the argument starts the same way every time: what was this load supposed to run at, and who said so. Custody has that on the record before the trailer ever left.
The Requirement, at Tender.
What your API said, what the carrier TMS said, and what the broker record said, compared and stated as agree, disagree, or unknown before the load moved. A disagree you can see at tender is a phone call. A disagree you find at the dock is a claim.
The Readings, With Their Source.
Air temperature at the unit, reported through Thermo King TracKing or ORBCOMM with the carrier approval, on the same timeline as the handoffs and the door events.
