For Integration Partners

Put Your System in the Record.

Sensors, ELDs, cameras, electronic seals, and facility systems. If your product sees a handoff, or the conditions in transit around it, it belongs in the Evidence Pack, with your name on it.

Three answers only: agree, disagree, or unknown. Deterministic rules. Same inputs, same answer.

Build Into the Record.

If your device or system sees a handoff, it can become a source in the Evidence Pack. Temperature sensors, door sensors, electronic seals, cameras, ELDs, and facility systems connect into the ValveRide Platform as custody event sources, and their readings become the conditions in transit the pack reports, each one carrying your name as its source.

Listed as a Premier Integration Partner

Live partners are named on this page as Custody Premier Integration Partners. Carriers and shippers choosing equipment see which devices and systems already work with Custody, and your name appears as the source inside the records they read. No fee and no paid placement.

What You Send

Events with a time, a source, and an identity: a door opened, a seal broke, a truck passed a gate, a unit reported an air temperature. Handoffs and conditions in transit are the two things the pack is built from, and device events carry both.

What You Get

Your system named as the source on every event it supplies, in records that shippers, claims teams, and insurers read.

What We Ask

Signed events, a documented interface, and the customer's approval for every connection. Partners never see a shipper's packs.

Premier Integration Partners

Featured. By Name. No Fee.

Connected systems are named in plain text on the How It Works page. Premier Integration Partners are featured: logo, description, and a link, in front of every carrier and shipper choosing equipment. It takes a signed partner agreement and a live, tested connection.
